• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not misuse, attempt to disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the portal.
• Submitting false or fraudulent information is a punishable offence.

Government service fees are displayed before you submit an application. Fees are generally non-refundable once processing has begun, except where stated otherwise.

The portal is provided on an “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and availability, we are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions or reliance on information provided.
